Brainspotting

  • Processing through mind and body connection

    Brainspotting applies therapeutic attunement between client and practitioner, where the practitioner holds witness to the client’s processing by locating and paying mindful attention to brainspots (eye positions where an emotion and related body sensation feels either stronger or easier).

    Logotherapy places deeper focus on discovering meaning, especially in circumstances of unavoidable suffering.

Depth Psychology

    Depth psychology is a psychotherapeutic approach that understands the human psyche through unconscious feelings, motivations, and experiences that impact patters, behaviours, and inner turmoil.

Transpersonal Psychology

    Transpersonal psychology covers spiritual, transcendent, and experiences of greater awareness. It involves integrating experiences of non-ordinary states, mystical experiences, and spiritual awakenings into the psyche for personal growth and self-actualization.  

  • An approach rooted in self-transcendence

    • Exploring experiences of transcendence and/or spirituality 

    • Understanding of consciousness as multidimensional 

    • Therapy work involves supporting the client in enhancing connection to their inner wisdom and self-healing capabilities 

    • Therapist takes a holistic approach to healing that involves the higher-self experiences like spiritual experiences
