Grief & The Transpersonal Self

An interactive online workshop for processing loss through a deeper spiritual lens.

I am delighted to offer this workshop, an experience that is deeply close to my heart.

Transpersonal psychology and holistic, integral practices propose that the facets of The Self go well beyond our everyday ego identity. While many people are familiar with the unconscious, often referred to as the shadow self, there is another vital dimension that requires acknowledgement: the Transpersonal Self.

The Transpersonal Self is a multitude of experiences within itself. It is the void, yet it is also infinite expansion. It is the source that gives our lives belief, values, and meaning, yet it can also be felt as the quiet, humming silence of the universe.

Through this 90-minute psychoeducational workshop, I hope to co-create a supportive, reflective experience with all attendees. Together, we will look beyond the ego, acknowledge the shadow, and gently step into the transpersonal—all while remaining mindfully aware through our everyday selves.

If you feel called to join this workshop, I look forward to connecting through our personal (how we identify) selves and moving together through a journey of integration in community.

About the Workshop:
This educational workshop explores the intersection of grief and spirituality. This event is not focused on any specific religious or spiritual doctrine. Instead, we will address how every person can navigate and understand their unique grief journey through the lens of their own personal meanings, beliefs, and core values.

Together, we will discuss the concept of the transpersonal self. We will explore how to view our experiences from a perspective that reaches beyond the ego identity, while intentionally keeping a mentally conscious ego awareness. This balanced approach offers tools for both personal healing and professional practice.
